The SG330 is a handy small swing head surface grinding and milling machine for cylinder heads and engine blocks of passenger cars and light trucks. With two spindle speeds in its head, it is suitable for resurfacing aluminium, cast iron and also alu /pre-chambers cylinder heads. Machine has automatic feed of wheelhead in horizontal movement and manual in vertical movement.
Rugged cast iron base and work head with precision guides assures accurate machining of heads and blocks.
Cast iron tablet columns and precision spindle bearings along with all our other features make the SG330 an industry best value.
The distinctive working system where the head feeds and the table stands, offers an high working precision, reducing the overall dimensions.

With variable spindle speed in its head, it is suitable for resurfacing aluminium, cast iron and also alu /pre-chambers cylinder heads. Machine has variable feed of wheelhead in horizontal movement and manual in vertical movement.
With SG330M you can resurface cast iron, aluminum, and diesel heads with steel pre-combustion chambers at full grinder speeds without coolants!
This eliminates time consuming grinding sludge cleaning. The round cutter bit can be rotated to expose 50 cutting edges before re-sharpening is required.
